Does anyone know what the name is of a library that is an award winner. It has a tree, aquarium wall, In CA?

I think that this library is located in California. I am not sure where. an entire wall is an aquarium, there is a tree in it and an entire wall is a castle. If anyone know where it is located could you please tell me?
