  10. marinefish94 Says:

    uhhh a cowfish …
uhhh a cowfish would be a terrible idea unless u want all ur fish to die cause the triggers will stress it and and make it let out poison killing all inhabitants including itself and when they die they let out poison too

    thats nuts, the …
thats nuts, the next fish i want is a long horn cow fish, well I’m sure my tank is over stocked as well but as long as you have plenty of rock for each fish to have its own “home” and they seam to be getting along then you should be okay, but with lots of fish comes lots of waste, keep up on your water changes (maybe even do them every 2 or 3 weeks instead of monthly) and use a good protein skimmer, i use the CPR Bak-Pak 2 and I have no problems, levels are always 0 and everyone gets along

    Nice tank, crazy, …
Nice tank, crazy, that looks exactly like my tank. Same size and same fish. Except i have a blue spot puffer and also, a yellow box fish. I think my tank is over stocked though, actually i know it is. i have a 2inch humu 2 inch clown trigger, one clown fish, yellow box, dogface puffer and blue spot puffer and snowflake eel. ive had them in the tank for about 2 months and swimming around fine. But i know i need to get a bigger tank or another to put half of them in there. What do you suggest.

Thanx. Hey looks like you have a lot of rock in there how much did you spend on the rock?

  18. crazylazy73703 Says:

    no the light that …
no the light that it came with will not be good enough for corals, i used it for awhile and it was okay for just fish but definitely looks better now with the new light, if you don’t have fish in the tank yet then just put your rock in it and it will cure in 2 weeks or so, curing rock is just the process of letting it build beneficial bacteria and letting the die off recover, if you don’t “cure” your rock you will have an ammonia spike but that is okay and will actually help cycle your tank

  19. geedunk13 Says:

    Well. I didnt know …
Well. I didnt know that if the lighting that the tank comes w/would be good enough. The tank that I’m getting is a 46 bow w/the hood and lights. Do u think those would be good for a coral/reef tank. And do u know how to cure live rock?

  20. crazylazy73703 Says:

    I’m partial to …
I’m partial to current brand lights, since i do not have corals in THIS tank i use the CURRENT 36″ Satellite 1×96w, paid about $120 for it, on my coral tank i use the CURRENT 36″ 96Wx2 Satellite, great lights and you can use their mounting legs and have a glass top which is something else I’m partial to, i even use a current light on my 10 gallon nano reef, their are cheaper lights out there but you get what you pay for

  21. geedunk13 Says:

  24. reefgaurd2 Says:

Do you plan on moving the trigger fish when they get too big…I’m just asking because I want to upgrade to 46 BF and would love to keep these kinds of fish even if just for a matter of months.

  25. JoHnSUUN450 Says:

    that clown trigger …
that clown trigger is going to grow about half the length of that tank, but other than that nice tank and i like the way you have aqua-scaped the rock, i kinda did something like that with my 55gallon
