30 Gallon salt water tank
My 30g bow front tank. About 6 months old. Has two clown fish, one small snow flake eel, two urchins, and a hermit crab. I just added about 25 additional pounds of live rock for a total of 50lbs,and took out the plastic stuff. I also just put on a Current Orbit PC lighting system with 2 65watt bulbs, a dual daylight bulb and a dual actinic bulb with lunar lights. Hope to get a new vid soon.

Can you tell me what filter, powerhead,
hood and lighting you used to make the 30 gallon bowfront a saltwater tank? It has to look clean from the outside, or else the wife won’t let me set this up in the family room . Do you have stuff hanging off the back or did you cover it with some type of hood.

Hey, the tanks lookin good except one problem of my personal opinion, why spend all that money into the corals and fish aand put fake plants in it..think on it, i actually started a 110g tank last year, its amazing

i have a bow front …
i have a bow front tank of similar size to yours. I love the layout of your live rock. im always changing mine as im always not hapopy with it. i like the bubbles looks cool may have to add that to mine. I think if you could possibly add sea weed instead of the fave plants your tank would look truly amazing

I have a Rena XP2, …
I have a Rena XP2, which has two baskets for media - I have about 4 chemical filtration pads, 200 or so ceramic rings, and activated carbon - Protein skimmer - which I seldom clean and have never had a problem - about 55 pounds of Fiji and Brazilian Live rock, which is why I think my tanks keeps a healthy bio balance, and now I have about 10 fish - mostly small 1 inch Damsels, Two clowns, and a Hawaiian Saddle Puffer, which I just added.

Sir you have a very nice set-up, i use to keep marines i had one Yellow Tang one Tomato Clown, one Fox Fish, Fire Angel, and one three spot Domino, and about 18 years ago we had a big winter storm and the power went off for three weeks and i lost them all, and i just didn’t have the heart to set up again it made me ill to see all my beautiful fish die.
