My 28 Gallon Bow Front Freshwater Fish Tank
This is a video of my 28 gallon tank. I have 6 Red Wags, 1 Rasboro, 3 Tetra, 1 Swordfish, 1 Molly, 2 Cory, Some Fry and 1 Bala Shark whom is about 6 inch in length right now. He is the king of my tank. Soon I will be moving him to a 46 gallon bow front which I’m sure he will love. The shark is definitely my pride of the tank. Hope you like my video.

Assuming you are …
uming you are talking about the one you see the bala shark they do get to big for a 10 gallon. I honestly had mine in a 6 gallon when he was very small, but as he got bigger he stopped swimming and I knew it was because he wasn’t happy. He is now living in a 46 gallon tank I have which is adequate for him now. They will grow to about 12in. in size.

All fish are …
All fish are currently in a new tank which is a 46 bow front. Most the small ones will all have the 28 to themselfs once I set it back up it will contain 6 Red Wags, 1 Rasboro, 3 Tetra, 1 Swordfish, 1 Molly, 2 Cory. The fry what is left are in a small 5 gallon tank temporarly. The Bala will stay in the 46 with my irridescent, white tipped, red-tailed and rainbow shark. I know this is still overstocked, but they will move to a 125 or 150 gallon before full grown.

I have around 15 fish not including the fry. I also just added 3 more sharks. 1 Red Tailed, 1 Rainbow and 1 Silver-Tipped Shark. All Sharks will be moved to my 46 Gallon when I get it, which will be mid-year. I do have all fake plants with the exception of the two front ones. The bright green plant is called Peacock Fern and the grassy one is Kyoto Grass which I see the fish eat some times. If anything else you like to know email me and I will be ahppy to help. I sent you a message. Thanks.

Yeah! I do, but …
Yeah! I do, but they do most of the breeding. LoL As long as your water is right with no ammonia or nitrite and low level if any of nitrate they should breed. I also keep my water at 80 degrees. And water changes weekly at least 15% I do and that helps to make them breed as well.

No he has never tried to eat or kill any of my other fish. Actually it’s the tetra’s that I have who are more harmful to the smaller fish. I’ve actually seen the tetra eat some of the fry and yet the Bala goes no where near them.
