My new round 15 gallons aquarium\tank I just built
Showing the new aquarium I just made out of Plexiglas (acrylic) sheet. I bent the sheet gradually by heating it in a card board box till I was able to make it in a tear drop shape. I used 2 types of glue to make sure it holds. I also made the filter from a 4 inch pipe. The pump is from a surplus store, so all in total with the table it cost me about 40$. If you need any info ask me. I will put a new video when it is all finished and I am happy with it.

Inside the PVC pipe …
Inside the PVC pipe I put charcoal and cushion stuffing, you get it from Walmart in the furniture section. I added a light dimmer on the pump this way I can change its speed. You can not do that with magnetic pump by the way. So in total the filter and pump cost about 25$.

Hi, from a PVC pipe that has a 4 inch diameter, it is about 1 and half foot long, you close the top and bottom with a plastic cover that they sell in the hardware stores also Like Rona, Reno Depot, Home Depot…. Then you drill a couple of holes for the intake and output pipe, I used epoxy to make sure it is water tight. The pump is from a surplus store it is 120V supposed to be for a washing machine for 19$.

Thank you. I used PVC to ABS glue in the inside and the outside. I also put silicon on top of it from the inside. But I am sure it would be better to use the special glue for acrylic that you see in videos on the right, if you can order them or find them.

Yes, I put sand now at the bottom and some decoration. I added 4 fishes and 2 crayfish. I will post a video as soon as I have time, in the next couple of days.
