Ideas on how to build custom landing for frogs and turtles in aquarium…?

I want to build a large custom landing for frogs and turtles in a large aquarium. I envision making out of a type of foam or something similar to the fake rocks and waterfalls you can purchase for reptiles, fish, and amphibians. Of course, the materials have to be safe for the animals and ok in the water. I want the finished product to look natural and similar to rock. Any ideas on materials I could use for something like this?

I believe the foam he's using is probably an expanding urethane "sealant" foam.
